I am a long term customer of Charlie Taylors Salon in Dundee. My experience over the years has always been that they are a first class team. The receptionists are always particularly helpful especially Dee, she really goes the extra mile to ensure that the clientele are looked after. The girls in the beauty room have a very professional approach and are fun and helpful to be with. My stylist/colourist Derek, is a magician! He is always polite and professional which makes me feel relaxed and confident that my hair will look great. While I agree this salon is expensive it offers, in my opinion and experience, an excellent customer experience that results in great hair, perfect styling and colour and many compliments - definitely worth saving the pennies for.

I've always been very happy with my hair when I've been to Charlie Taylors, they are a well respected salon in Dundee and although slightly on the expensive side... you do get what you pay for.

i booked my hair in charlie taylors salon in dundee. Iam a regular customer to the salon. i booked an appoinment on the 30th of january. to turn up and to be told that they were unable to do my hair because the receptionist silvia never booked my hair appointment into the system properly which can be a genuine mistake. however i find the customer service in the salon is very poor and i feel it has declined severly in the last few months. and at this present time i would not recommend anyone to go to charlie taylors because of the current service from receptionists. inparticular i find the regular receptionist barbara extremley unwelcoming. at this present time the customer service is very generic and not personalised.
